WARRANTY & RETURNS

Returns:

If you decide you don’t want it, don’t like it, or it doesn’t fit in your space, you can return the machine within 14 days of receiving it. You must follow the return procedure below and there is a 20% restocking fee.

Email go@pilatesproworks.com within 14 days of receipt of machine. Subject: RETURN REQUEST Include a short description of the reason for the return, and photos if applicable. We will give you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to mark on the outside of the box. Item must be shipped within 7 days of receiving the RMA.

Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. There can be no visible wear. A refund or credit for returned items will be issued after merchandise is received and inspected.

You are responsible for return shipping costs and any damage or loss during shipment back to us. We do not accept responsibility for any items returned without an RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package. We cannot issue a refund or credit if you return an item to us that becomes damaged during the return shipment, due to improper packaging.


Warranty:

The limited warranty covers the metal frame parts of the machine for 1 year. We will repair or replace these covered parts for up to one year.

What is not covered: springs, handles, loops, cables, padding, non-stick surfaces, normal wear and tear; damage caused by failure to follow instructions, misuse, abuse, modification, unauthorized repair; scratches to the finish, or tears or indentations in the upholstery or foam.

We will determine if we can replace or repair the part or if the whole machine needs to be returned. Buyer pays return shipping costs for warranty returns, we pay the cost of shipping the replacement item to the Buyer.

Damage:

We will repair or replace any item or part that is delivered to you in damaged condition provided that you report such damage to us within three (3) business days from the date you receive the item.

Email go@pilatesproworks.com within 3 days of receipt of machine. Subject: DAMAGE REQUEST Include a detailed description of the damage including photos and videos of the issue. We will determine if we can replace or repair the part or if the whole machine needs to be returned. If so, we will give you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to mark on the outside of the box. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Item must be shipped within 7 days of receiving the RMA.

We pay return shipping costs for damage returns, or the cost of shipping the replacement item to the Buyer. You are responsible for any additional damage or loss, other than what was initially reported, during shipment back to us. We do not accept responsibility for any items returned without an RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package. We cannot issue a refund or credit if you return an item to us that becomes damaged during the return shipment, due to improper packaging.

NOTE: In the event that we determine, in our sole discretion, that any product returned to us (i) is not under warranty, (ii) does not satisfy the conditions for Return contained above, or (iii) is returned without following the Return Procedure, Buyer (or sender) shall be solely and fully responsible for the cost of freight and insurance to return the product to Buyer (or sender).
