Jenn discovered Pilates while studying for her BFA in Musical Theater and was an instant fan as it perfectly complimented dancing and performing. Pilates then helped Jenn rehabilitate after colon resection surgery due to her Crohn's Disease, leaving her stronger & healthier than ever. Pilates became not only body altering but also life altering for Jenn when she realized that her passion for doing translated into a passion for teaching. She earned her Mat and Apparatus certifications through Lindafit Pilates and Pilates Academy International and is certified in Pre & Post-natal Pilates. Jenn loves transforming bodies by adding a modern spin to the classical Pilates exercises. She will leave you feeling leaner, longer, stronger and also with a greater understanding of the connection between your body and mind… you may even have a little fun too!

Jackie's love for movement happened very early in life at age 5 when she enrolled in dance class. From that point forward she has yet to stop moving. Continuing to dance through her adolescence she decided to start teaching others to dance. Jackie then went on to receive her BA in dance from DeSales University. It was at DeSales where she discovered pilates and all of the benefits it has to offer. In 2009 she enrolled in the Pilates Academy International to become pilates certified. Jackie continues to enjoy all types of fitness and helping others bring it into their lives. She believes strongly that the body was made to be in motion. Having an active lifestyle leads to having a happy life.

Born and raised in Queens, New York, Angela stepped into her first mat class in college in search of a way into a healthier lifestyle and was hooked ever since! After a few life changing years of Pilates in her fitness regimen she decided it was time to educate the importance of fitness and Pilates to others. Angela received her Pilates certification in mat and equipment at the Kane School and has been teaching clients the importance of daily fitness, body awareness and strengthening ever since. She’s a strong believer that our bodies are capable of bigger and greater things with proper training, education and discipline. Angela is also an avid distance runner and finds Pilates a perfect compliment to her race training. With the help of Pilates for injury prevention and cross training, Angela has run over 25 half-marathons and a handful of marathons, trail races and distance relay races.

Claire moved to New York City from Seattle, WA to further immerse herself in the fitness and wellness industry. In Seattle she taught outdoor bootcamps and core and strength classes and her mission is to use this experience to help people in the Big Apple benefit from her high energy and enthusiasm. She also loves introducing clients to exercises that they can perform outdoors or outside the gym. She graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in Communications and Diversity and is certified in group fitness through AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) in TRX, and Schwinn Indoor Cycling. Utilizing her communication skills and passion for teamwork, she creates workout sessions that are both effective and upbeat. Having been a competitive swimmer for over 13 years, Claire understands that dedication, commitment and fun are key ingredients for any workout regimen or active pursuit. Passionate about goal setting, Claire encourages her clients to set high goals for themselves. Her goal is create a safe, effective and enjoyable environment that not only motivates her clients but makes them feel confident and comfortable in their own skin.

Originally from North Carolina, David is a life long athlete who turned those energies to dance and Pilates. As a professional dancer, his varied career spans over 16 years and ranges from Las Vegas revues to concert stages, having performed with several modern dance companies, including Philadanco. Those years of dancing and training led to a deep appreciation for physical conditioning and in Pilates, David found increased strength, flexibility, and control. Coupled with his love of movement and teaching, David was inspired to go deeper into the Pilates method and gained his Pilates certification. Using this knowledge and his positive, energetic style David looks forward to guiding you through a workout that is physically challenging, mindful, and lively. All the best!

Elizabeth is a dancer, choreographer, Pilates instructor and fitness enthusiast, who has fallen in love with the PPW method and its contagious positive energy, and hardcore classes. Her Pilates certification is under LindaFit Pilates and she comes from an extensive dance teaching background, having worked with some of the top competitive dance studios in the country since the age of 17. She has produced dance work for companies like Roberto Cavalli, Pepsi Co., Heineken USA, & Perrier, and she is currently in pre-production as the contemporary choreographer for a new book musical entitled "Enduring Love". Her credits as a performer include: Madonna's "Give Me All You're Luvin" music video, Saturday Night Live, Good Morning America, Dance War on ABC, A*Muse Fashion on VH1, Insanity Fitness DVDs and more. She's excited to share the magic Pilates can do for the body and mind!

Originally from Santa Cruz, CA, Hannah began her lifelong commitment to fitness in her childhood living room whilst watching, but most importantly imitating, the summer Olympic weightlifting competition. She went on to pursue theater, earning her BA in Drama, Honors in Musical Theater from the University of California, Irvine. After college, she performed in regional theater in LA, on a cruiseship in the Caribbean, and in a lounge in Japan, before moving to New York! She is certified with DK Body Balance in Pilates and also teaches Zumba! Her classes are energetic and music-fueled. Be prepared to sweat and smile!

Originally from the Buckeye state of Ohio, Kara graduated with a BFA in Theatre from New York University's Tisch School of The Arts. After acting, singing, and dancing in productions regionally and in New York City, she got hooked on group fitness and decided to explore her newfound passion. After boogieing in Zumba classes, pumping iron in strength training sessions, and finding zen in yoga classes, Kara finally discovered and fell in love with Pilates. She is a Certified Pilates Instructor, with multiple certifications for mat and reformer, a Certified Zumba Instructor, and a self-Certified really good pizza maker. Kara believes that by sweating through fun workouts that challenge the body and mind, health and happiness will be achieved!

She moved to New York four years ago to attend Fordham University, she graduated in May and has remained in NYC to pursue her passion for acting. From soccer and softball cleats to tap and jazz shoes, Kelsey has demonstrated her versatility and enthusiasm for dance and fitness throughout her life. She holds a BFA in Dance from the University of Minnesota and is experienced in many genres of dance ranging from ballet to salsa. She is ACE certified in Group Fitness as well as CPR/AED certified through AHA, and she believes that key to maintaining a healthy lifestyle is finding a workout that both strengthens the body and inspires the mind. Kelsey’s barre classes combine an effective execution of movement with positive energy to create a workout that is both challenging and fun and that can help you find satisfaction and freedom within other areas of your life.

Kierstin is a small town girl, born and raised in the mitten (Michigan), who has come to NYC as an aspiring dancer and performer. She holds a BS in Dance from Wayne State University where she also received her Stott Pilates certification. Pilates was a great compliment to the amount of dancing and performing Kierstin was doing in school and the science geek inside her wanted to go further and learn more! Having a solid understanding of how our bodies operate and move is extremely important and provides so much insight to leading an active and healthy lifestyle. Kierstin believes that fitness should challenge the body, stimulate the brain and of course... be fun!

Krista found a love for dance at the age of five and hasn't stopped moving since. Her inquisitiveness led her to a BFA in Ballet at The University of the Arts while studying Anatomy and Kinesiology. After that there was no end in sight. While taking all styles of dance and fitness classes she became a Certified Vinyasa Teacher (recognized through Yoga Alliance) and a Prenatal/Postnatal instructor as well. She has performed works by Twyla Tharp, Christopher Huggins, and XBox Kinect. She loves the environment at PPW and encourages all classes to breath a little deeper, finding their strength and potential from the inside out. Contagious smiling comes with each class.

She studied dance at Oklahoma City University and has performed all across the US, as well as China, Korea and Canada. Her love of performing brought her to NYC. She has started teaching dance while in high school, and still continues to teach today. She has always been a big fan of fitness and having an active lifestyle. She doesnt feel her day is complete unless shes broken a sweat. Lanae loves to try new and different kinds of methods and classes, which eventually led her to becoming an instructor as well as a performer.

He's certified by the National Academy of Sport and Medicine, and specializes in core, functional, flexibility, strength, and TRX Suspension Training. His interest and love for fitness began at a young age, from playing sports to working out at the gym. He was the first one on the field and the last one to leave the gym, striving to constantly better his skills, improve both mentally and physically, and exceed expectations.
