Jenn discovered Pilates while studying for her BFA in Musical Theater and was an instant fan as it perfectly complimented dancing and performing. Pilates then helped Jenn rehabilitate after colon resection surgery due to her Crohn's Disease, leaving her stronger & healthier than ever.  Pilates became not only body altering but also life altering for Jenn when she realized that her passion for doing translated into a passion for teaching.  She earned her Mat and Apparatus certifications through Lindafit Pilates and Pilates Academy International and has been teaching since 2008. Jenn loves transforming bodies by adding a modern spin to the classical Pilates exercises. She will leave you feeling leaner, longer & stronger with a greater understanding of the connection between your body and mind… you may even have a little fun too!

Don't let her sweet personality fool you... this sneaky-hard teacher will have you working your tush off (literally!). Whether on the FitFormer or at the Barre, Ella's passion for music, movement precision, and positively energetic teaching style will leave you satisfied and perfectly sore. As a dancer and athlete, Ella creates a beautiful blend between pilates, athleticism, and ballet which she loves to share with her clients.  Ella studied dance at The Ailey School and NYU Tisch School of the Arts, and is Stott Pilates® trained. Most recently, she toured with Cirque du Soleil's VAREKAI in Europe. After working with some of the world's most elite acrobats and performers, Ella is back in New York City to train you!

Jackie's love for movement happened very early in life at age 5 when she enrolled in dance class. From that point forward she has yet to stop moving. Continuing to dance through her adolescence she decided to start teaching others to dance. Jackie then went on to receive her BA in dance from DeSales University. It was at DeSales where she discovered pilates and all of the benefits it has to offer. In 2009 she enrolled in the Pilates Academy International to become pilates certified. Jackie continues to enjoy all types of fitness and helping others bring it into their lives. She believes strongly that the body was made to be in motion. Having an active lifestyle leads to having a happy life.

Originally from the Buckeye state of Ohio, Kara graduated with a BFA in Theatre from New York University's Tisch School of The Arts. After acting, singing, and dancing in productions regionally and in New York City, she got hooked on group fitness and decided to explore her newfound passion. After boogieing in Zumba classes, pumping iron in strength training sessions, and finding zen in yoga classes, Kara finally discovered and fell in love with Pilates. She is a Certified Pilates Instructor, with multiple certifications for mat and reformer, a Certified Zumba Instructor, and a self-Certified really good pizza maker.  Kara believes that by sweating through fun workouts that challenge the body and mind, health and happiness will be achieved!

This Nebraska girl’s passion for moving her body at an early age is probably somehow related to her passion for shoes today! From soccer and softball cleats to tap and jazz shoes, Kelsey has demonstrated her versatility and enthusiasm for dance and fitness throughout her life. She holds a BFA in Dance from the University of Minnesota and is experienced in many genres of dance ranging from ballet to salsa. She is ACE certified in Group Fitness as well as CPR/AED certified through AHA, and she believes that key to maintaining a healthy lifestyle is finding a workout that both strengthens the body and inspires the mind. Kelsey’s barre classes combine an effective execution of movement with positive energy to create a workout that is both challenging and fun and that can help you find satisfaction and freedom within other areas of your life.

Krista found a love for dance at the age of five and hasn't stopped moving since. Her inquisitiveness led her to a BFA in Ballet at The University of the Arts while studying Anatomy and Kinesiology. After that there was no end in sight. While taking all styles of dance and fitness classes she became a Certified Vinyasa Teacher (recognized through Yoga Alliance) and a Prenatal/Postnatal instructor as well. She has performed works by Twyla Tharp, Christopher Huggins, and XBox Kinect. She loves the environment at PPW and encourages all classes to breath a little deeper, finding their strength and potential from the inside out. Contagious smiling comes with each class.

Kristin has over 9 years of experience teaching both group classes and private clients in NYC, and is certified in both yoga and pilates. She has studied with master teachers such as Jonathan Fields, and Susan Moran, and has taught at Sonic Yoga, Namaste Yoga, and Rancho La Puerta in Mexico. She enjoys tailoring workouts for specific clients and motivating group classes to get a great workout and reach their goals. She received her certification in pilates from Power Pilates and her vinyasa yoga certification from Sonic Yoga, both in NYC.

Lanae began dancing as a little girl at the age of three and hasnt stopped since. She studied dance at Oklahoma City University and has performed all across the US, as well as China, Korea and Canada. Her love of performing brought her to NYC. She has started teaching dance while in high school, and still continues to teach today. She has always been a big fan of fitness and having an active lifestyle. She doesnt feel her day is complete unless shes broken a sweat. Lanae loves to try new and different kinds of methods and classes, which eventually led her to becoming an instructor as well as a performer.

Originally from Kansas, she had lots of space to run, jump, and live an active childhood. But the big city was calling! After completing a BFA and MFA in Acting, she moved to New York to pursue her passions of movement and theater. She has extensive dance training and certifications in Pilates and TRX with plans on finishing a Yoga certification this summer. With this diverse training, she strives to develop classes that reflect her personality: fun, creative, and full of energy!Lindsay has been teaching group fitness classes for two years and has been taking group classes for the past ten years.

Stefanie H.’s childhood consisted of dance classes, costumes and competitions galore, sparking her zeal for agility and balance. She was accepted and trained at the acclaimed “Fame” LaGuardia High School of Performing Arts in NYC. Her studies and performing continued with American Repertory Ballet, Princeton Ballet School, before being awarded the Richard Ellner Scholarship at Broadway Dance Center. Stefanie then experienced the technique of the Pilates Method and soon became a certified instructor through Core Pilates NYC and Pilates Academy International. Both disciplines has given Stefanie the opportunity to perform, promote, teach and train across the US and Europe. Stefanie happily continues the study of each field to remain connected to the student process and to absorb what’s tried and true and what’s best and fresh.

Steven is a firm believer in the union of health and fitness. As a teenager, Steven struggled with obesity and developed a strong desire to be a better person and learn the principles of steadfast discipline. Over time, Steven achieved this goal and took it even further, using that same desire to get accepted into the United States Marines. As part of the Marines Corps, Steven was in the highly regarded Reconnaissance Force, a special operations group that provides pertinent military intelligence to the commanding forces. Steven also has trained with the Navy Seals in California. After his time in the Marines, Steven moved to NYC and launched his career in physical fitness. Steven is a certified trainer and group fitness instructor. In addition, Steven practices martial arts, scuba diving, surfing, snowboarding, wake boarding, rock climbing and has recently developed his own TRX-based training program. He brings his hard-core style into each class, keeping it fast-paced and grueling that leaves individuals exhausted yet exhilarated. Get ready to sweat!
